HM-ZDS240 Automatic Plastic Box Making Machine is a fully automatic machine mainly used to manufacture rigid boxes which is consisted of a cover paper and a finished (plastic) inner box, such as gift boxes, phone boxes, big boxes, jewelry boxes, pull up boxes, chocolate boxes, shoe boxes, big boxes, small boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, chopstick boxes, etc. This Machine set is similar to our HM-ZD240 only lacking of the Corner Pasting Part (no need here).

1 Suitable for all kinds of plastic and rigid box automatic production.

2 Fit for white glue and glue parching system.

3 The whole computer parameters is set, with auto error display and malfunction display.

4 Automatic feeding the cover paper.    

5 24 hours control of glue pre-heating.
